Shipping policy
Please allow 48-72 hours to process your order. During high volume seasons, please allow for additional time to process and ship your order. You will receive an email with tracking confirmation once it is sent. Please note, after your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any delays or issues with the shipping provider. Contact merch@makewake.net for any concerns if your product has not been received and we will do our best to help solve the issue.
Customer service will review each transaction for any sign of fraudulent charges. If your purchase is flagged, your order will be delayed and a customer service member will reach out to you to verify your information to complete the purchase. If your order is confirmed for fraud, it will be refunded. Please email merch@makewake.net with any questions if your order is flagged for fraud.
